How to Test for Fresh Eggs
The first thing you want to ensure is that the eggs are very fresh. To do this, you place the eggs inside water. Eggs that lie on the side are fresh but those that stand vertically are not fresh enough to be used. You need 10 fresh eggs for this Egg Emulsion production.
How to Produce the Egg Emulsion
- Test for freshness of the eggs
- Put the eggs in a bowl (Select a bowl with a tight lid)
- Mix the lime and molasses together and add to the egg in the bowl
- Cover tightly and allow to sit for 10 days.
- At the end of the 10 days, most of the egg shells should have dissolved
- Remove and blend everything together.
- Pour and store in a suitable container. Don’t fill the storage container to the brim because of gas.
